Warranty
180 day warranty on Parts of the Trailer for Materials and Workmanship, except in cases where damage is caused by misuse such as overloading (over 165lbs) on rough terrain, as determined by Manufacturer. Simply, if you're using your trailer for anything that might seem too rough, it probably is. The Parts of the Trailer covered under Materials and Workmanship are:
Warranty Shipments
Simple approach: our fault - we ship, your fault - you ship. This covers the wheels and the hitch.
Unfortunately we can't pay to have the trailer shipped back and forth because it's just too expensive. So the wheels and the hitch are covered.
The trailer body itself should be easily welded by any reputable welder. If the welder is a member of the BBB and is searchable on Google Maps, we'll pay the welding fee to get welds repaired if they have broken while under the warranty period.

Please note that Warranties cover replacement or repair of items that are faulty, and are then returned to the buyer.
The Warranty service is separate from the Return service. For a Warranty shipment, the items will be returned to the Manufacturer at the Manufacturer's expense using a label provided by the Manufacturer. If the Manufacturer deems the item to have been damaged by the buyer, Manufacturer will invoice buyer for shipment to Manufacturer, the Repair, and the return shipment to the buyer. Warranty shipments utilize UPS or FedEx ground services, and should be specified as carbon neutral with the carrier. Faster service will be paid by buyer.
- Wheels (any part)
- Trailer Body Welds (not the tubing itself)
- Hitch Welds and Components (don't lose the parts!)

Returns
For your convenience, we have a return policy.
- Any item can be returned by the buyer within 10 days if undamaged.
- Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee (around 30 dollars usually). No one has returned a trailer yet.
- Trailers that have been used will be charged a 35% restocking/refurbishing fee, think of this as a rental charge.
- Trailers with bent or damaged tubing cannot be returned for a refund.
- Trailers damaged by a shipping company must be reported as such immediately to the shipping company, and the claim is the responsibility of the buyer - this is how the shipping companies do it, and we can't change that:(
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Returns are paid by either Paypal, Google Checkout, or by Check, according to the buyer's preference.
Some plain English about shipping and returns:
Bro-Cart ships ASAP (usually about 1 week). Lead times vary and are the result of proper attention to the construction of your order. Once placed, your order is binding to this Return/Cancellation policy, and subject to the 10% restocking fee (due to the initiation of construction on a product). One day grace period granted, meaning you can cancel your order within one day of placing it if you experience "buyer's remorse".
